Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide ERP transformation for our higher education customers. You will supervise a team of analysts and technical resources and ensure ERP initiatives align with campus goals and business priorities.

In this remote US role, you will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, manage the ERP roadmap, upgrades, and change management, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/business or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflows.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner/Colleague/Jenzabar in higher ed.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Governance, security, and risk management knowledge for enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for multiple customers.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executives to identify process improvements and tech innovations.
• Manage ERP roadmap aligned with growth and strategy.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, integrations, and deployments.
• Monitor system health, adoption, and performance metrics.
• Drive change management and user adoption across departments.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement ERP solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
