Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients, with a remote role in the United States. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, drive ERP transformations, upgrades, and integrations, and partner with executives to optimize processes, security, and system performance.
This role emphasizes strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable ERP solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, or business.
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience including leadership.
- 3+ years of people management in higher education.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong governance, security, and risk management knowledge for enterprise apps.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategy, and continuous improvement for multiple campuses.
- Oversee governance, standards, and roadmap alignment with goals.
- Manage ERP team and resource planning.
- Coordinate with executives, vendors, and IT stakeholders.
- Drive user adoption and process standardization across departments.
