Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for higher education customers. This remote-in-US role oversees initiatives, optimizes performance, and partners with college leaders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive upgrades, testing, release management, and user adoption while guiding a team of ERP analysts and technical staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience leading teams that administer SIS/ERP systems such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management related to enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customer ecosystems.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP.
• Manage ERP roadmap and align with organizational growth and strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
