Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of enterprise applications for higher education clients. This remote role in the US requires guiding a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions aligned with campus goals.

You will partner with college executives, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders, overseeing upgrades, integrations, and change management to drive adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement with higher education customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop ERP analysts and technical resources; set goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements of ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency and enable standardization.
• Drive change management and user adoption across departments.
