Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education customers. This remote role in the US will oversee a team of analysts and technical resources, aligning ERP initiatives with campus goals and long-term technology roadmaps.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to ensure secure, reliable ERP solutions, drive process standardization, and manage upgrades, integrations, and deployment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience guiding governance, security, and risk management for enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancements, and optimization from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
• Direct ERP operations, projects, testing, release and change management activities.
• Manage upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Monitor system health, user adoption, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
