Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and transformational initiatives for higher education clients. Remote in the US, you will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions and drive adoption across the organization.

You will manage ERP operations, governance, upgrades, integrations, and performance across platforms, focusing on security, reliability, and alignment with the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
