Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to drive strategy, governance, optimization, and enterprise ERP support for higher education clients with remote work in the United States. You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, drive process standardization, user adoption, and align the technology roadmap with institutional goals.

The role requires 8+ years of ERP leadership, 3+ years managing teams in higher education, and

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology innovation.
Oversee administration, support, maintenance, upgrades, and integrations of ERP platforms.
