Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and transformations for higher education customers. You'll manage a team of analysts and technical resources, align ERP roadmaps with campus goals, and drive standardization, security, and system adoption across the organization.

In this remote-US role, you'll partner with college leaders, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions, oversee upgrades and integrations,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes used in higher education.
• Experience managing ERP platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Higher Education Managed IT team, lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for diverse customers.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, optimization, and enhancements from planning through deployment and support.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP programs.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and tech innovation.
• Manage ERP roadmap ensuring alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources with coaching and mentoring.
