Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. You will guide strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP systems, managing a team of analysts and technical resources.

Partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on delivery, driving adoption, process improvement, and the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership.
• 3+ years of people management in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, security, and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute ERP application strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.
