Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education clients. You’ll manage a team of analysts and resources, partner with college leaders and executives, and drive scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with business goals.

You’ll oversee ERP operations, upgrades, integrations, and roadmap delivery while promoting standardization, adoption, and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.
• Experience leading teams that administer the most popular SIS or ERPs in higher education such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated applications.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
