Job summary

NorthScope is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our remote-friendly team serving food manufacturing clients. You will assist in implementing NorthScope, train users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with product and development teams to improve the software.

The role blends customer service with technical configuration and data analysis. Ideal candidates bring ERP experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with SQL Server and Jira.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP and business systems across medium-to-large businesses.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and ledgers helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate issues into solutions.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Learn configuration and training on NorthScope software.
• Support implementations and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Development, and Product teams.
• Train end users and analyze data to answer questions.
• Document bugs and track progress in project tools.
