OLDCASTLE INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. seeks a senior ERP/SAP implementation specialist to lead end-to-end system design and requirements gathering for a major ERP deployment.

You will collaborate with SAP consultants and SMEs, validate testing scenarios, and document design artifacts while crafting training materials for end users and trainers. Remote US-based with heavy travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or related business.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements and conduct solution validation.
• Leverage SAP integration best practices and work with SMEs on testing scenarios.
• Document Business Process Design (PDD) and update standard processes.
• Create job aids and train end users; deliver Train the Trainer events.
