Job summary

Enable seeks a Functional Consultant to deliver high-quality ERP implementation services for customers. The role acts as the bridge between customers and technical teams, translating requirements into design, configuration, and deployment across on-site and remote projects.

You will conduct requirements analysis, produce solution designs, configure systems, test thoroughly, and provide training and production support to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP implementations.
• Experience in defining requirements and creating solution designs.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Define customer requirements and confirm them with the customer.
• Learn, articulate, configure and design solutions per requirements.
• Own tasks to ensure customer requirements and issues are resolved.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Lead customer workshops to enable solution implementation.
• Train project teams and end users on business solutions.
• Create detailed documentation: requirements, designs, configurations, tests.
