Job summary

Datacor, Inc. seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to drive ERP configurations and go-live for Animal Nutrition software, focusing on accounting foundations such as GL mapping and inventory costing.

You will lead multi-site deployments, train end users, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful go-lives while supporting post‑go-live activities. Remote work with periodic travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on accounting experience such as staff/senior accountant, cost accountant, assistant controller, or controller.
3+ years of ERP experience as an end user, implementation consultant, or both, including at least one full-cycle implementation or major system conversion.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for Datacor Animal Nutrition products at customer sites and remotely.
Partner with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, milestones, and manage scope across concurrent implementations.
Analyze customer business processes and consult on best practices for system configuration, workflow design, and process optimization.
