Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant for ERP to deliver high‑quality knowledge transfer services, enabling clients to use Tyler interfaces efficiently and achieve daily operations.

You will guide the transition to standard interfaces and establish a positive baseline for the client relationship. This remote position requires travel 25–50% and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in accounting/ERP software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in accounting, payroll, or ERP software implementation.
• Typically a minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of principles and concepts in the discipline for which the knowledge transfer will be based is desired.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products (SQL, IIS, Excel).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, interface readiness, and education to clients on Tyler interface products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.
• Educate users on interface functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify options for improved client work processes to ensure efficient interface solution.
• Document business/technical requirement specifications for interface design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, configuration and other changes.
• Maintain documentation of client issues, agendas, trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports; update systems-related client activity.
• Assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.
• Notify management of issues impacting effectiveness/schedule/budget.
• Create client-facing and internal documentation such as quick tips and how tos.
• Act as liaison between client and company’s technical staff; translate technical information for non-technical users.
• Participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
