Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant for ERP projects with a national scope. The role is remote with 25–50% travel, including on-site and webinar-based knowledge transfer sessions.

You will educate clients on interface functionality, design process changes, and document requirements while coordinating with QA and our technical staff. New hire training runs Dec 14, 2026 – Feb 11, 2027 in ME for weeks 1 and 8, with remote weeks in between.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in accounting, payroll, or ERP software implementation.
• Typically 1+ year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of principles in the discipline for which knowledge transfer will be based.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products (SQL, IIS, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional services such as consultation, interface readiness, and education to clients on Tyler interface products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.
• Educate users on interface functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• May recommend options for new approaches in client work processes to ensure efficient interface solutions.
• Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for interface design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration, and other changes.
• Document client issues, communicate agendas, submit trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and update systems-related client activity.
• Assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.
• Notify management of issues or events that could impact schedule or budget.
• Create client-facing and internal documentation such as 'quick tips' and 'how tos'.
• Act as liaison between client and company's technical staff; convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
