Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline; or comparable related work experience.
• Two years' experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Tax and appraisal industry and/or product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather requirements and map to Tyler products and functionality.
• Configure system modules and workflows based on approved client requirements.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or via remote Teams sessions.
• Develop client-specific test plans and validate configurations and reporting outputs prior to go-live.
• Create and troubleshoot client reports; assist Support or Development as needed.
• Travel to client sites 25-50% and document client activities.
