Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant for ERP nationwide. You will deliver knowledge transfer, configure interfaces, and support on-site and webinar sessions to help clients adopt standard Tyler interfaces.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, travel 25-50%, strong communication, and familiarity with SQL/IIS/Excel; includes eight-week new hire training in Maine and eligibility for annual bonus plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience, preferably in accounting, payroll, or ERP software implementation.
• Strong presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products (SQL, IIS, Excel).
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, interface readiness, and education to clients on Tyler interface products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.
• Educate users on interface functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for interface design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and configuration changes.
• Maintain documentation of client issues and project activities.
• Assist QA staff with product testing as required.
• Notify management of issues that could impact schedule or budget.
• Create client-facing and internal documentation such as quick tips and how-tos.
• Act as liaison between client and company’s technical staff.
