Job summary

Kreative Core Technologies invites experienced consultants to join our Tyler EPL practice. You will configure modules, translate requirements into workflows, and drive go-live readiness for public-sector clients.

You will lead data migration, testing, and training, partnering with finance, GIS, and other Tyler modules, while maintaining strong client relationships in a fully remote, customer-focused delivery model.

Qualifications

3+ years of functional consulting on Tyler EPL implementations.
Hands-on configuration across Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement, Inspections.
Deep understanding of state/local permitting regulations and codes.
Experience leading data migration and reconciliation in ERP programs.
Experience delivering training and producing documentation in government ERP contexts.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fully remote, client-facing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Admin, IS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Tyler EPL Configuration & Implementation across modules.
Analyze client permitting models and document software requirements across Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement, Inspections.
Configure EPL with client permit types, fees, workflows, and jurisdictional requirements.
Configure approval workflows, inspection scheduling, and security.
Consult with community development directors and department leads to capture needs.
Support integration with Finance, GIS, Utility Billing and third-party systems.
Data Migration & Conversion: guide data mapping and conversion from legacy systems to Tyler EPL.
Lead data migration activities including permit and license history mapping and GIS data alignment.
Identify data conversion issues and resolve them with technical staff before go-live.
Execute data reconciliation between legacy systems and Tyler EPL prior to cutover.
Testing & QA: develop functional test scripts and end-to-end workflows.
Support SIT/UAT and client readiness for go-live across all workstreams.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: design and deliver role-based training remotely and onsite.
Develop client-facing training materials and reports specific to Tyler EPL configurations.
Build staff capability to administer Tyler EPL post-implementation.
Project Governance & Delivery: maintain documentation, participate in meetings, report progress.
Escalate risks and changes with recommended resolutions.
Deliver assignments per KCT delivery methodology and quality standards.
