Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to secure an ERP Business Systems Analyst for a six-month W-2 contract-to-hire. The role focuses on supporting the ERP landscape during a major SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transition, with emphasis on finance, IT, and supply chain collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP configuration experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering process improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with enterprise ERP in a functional/technical capacity.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, enhancements, and business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and optimize ERP applications to improve operations and system functionality.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to evaluate workflows and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation with design, config, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and ERP enhancements.
• Provide SME guidance and support to internal users across global teams.
• Support AP, expense, cash management, and other accounting processes.
• Work with stakeholders to align system improvements with business needs.
• Assist with ongoing optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
