Job summary

Gardner-White seeks a results-driven Business Systems Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Cloud Public Edition implementations, partnering with SAP Services and ERP analysts from design through go-live and post-production support.

The role emphasizes governance, data migration validation, cutover readiness, and change management, building scalable support across sales, warehouse, and procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years SAP functional experience including full SAP lifecycle.
Experience leading ERP analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation activities with SAP Services and partners.
Review configuration and design for SAP standard fit; identify gaps and drive closure.
Coordinate test scripts, data migration validation, cutover tasks, and user training materials.
Plan and execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Manage RAID log, risk/actions/issues, and go-live readiness.
Provide escalation point between analysts and Director of Business Systems.
Guide change management, release planning, and regression testing.
Oversee handoff from implementation partner to internal team and AMS partner.
