Job summary

The candidate will support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, participate in SAP configuration decisions, and contribute to process improvements. Hybrid schedule; relocation assistance; must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience and 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation is required; greenfield or brownfield implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Record-to-Report business process knowledge.

ERP Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA (Finance & Budgeting)

Position Overview

We are seeking a business-focused ERP Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA and a strong background in Finance, Budgeting, and financial business processes. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the business requirements and the capabilities and limitations of SAP, and has helped make decisions about system design to meet business needs.

This is not an IT‑focused or transactional role. Candidates must have participated in at least one SAP implementation and be comfortable advising business stakeholders on SAP functionality, business logic, and best practices. Manufacturing experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support Forecast-to-Budget and Record-to-Report processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional designs and business logic.
• Participate in decisions regarding SAP configuration and system design to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities, limitations, and recommended practices.
• Support SAP implementation activities, testing, deployment, and ongoing process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
