Sherman + Reilly in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst to support SAP Business ByDesign and lead the transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role maintains ERP operations, improves processes, and provides useful reporting while coordinating with external vendors.

The analyst handles application administration, configuration, and business support across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.

Competenze

• Experience administering or supporting SAP Business ByDesign.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience migrating ERP platforms, including data validation and go-live support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support vendors.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot issues, document impact, and coordinate resolutions with users.
• Manage SAP implementation and support vendors, including scope and timelines.
• Lead internal migration to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud with testing and cutover readiness.
• Coordinate data preparation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation with owners.
• Identify process gaps and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Maintain an improvement backlog aligned with roadmap and value.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support operational decisions.
• Support SAP Concur Expenses, Avalara, and other integrations; monitor interfaces.
