Addison Group is partnering with a global organization in the manufacturing industry to hire an ERP Business Systems Analyst. Our client is investing in a major enterprise systems transformation, transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to modernize financial operations, streamline business processes, and improve efficiency across its global teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Business Systems Analyst for a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will play a key role in supporting existing financial systems while contributing to a multiyear global SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ERP system configuration, business process improvement, and implementation support. This role works closely with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions and drive ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and enhance ERP applications to improve business operations and system functionality.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, including functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP system enhancements.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing support to internal users.
• Support financial processes related to Accounts Payable, expense management, cash management, and other accounting operations.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure system improvements align with operational needs and business objectives.
• Assist with ongoing system optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives following implementation.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP platforms in a functional, technical, or business systems capacity.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, including hands‑on experience with system configuration, enhancements, and business process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and design effective ERP workflows and solutions.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, system upgrades, migrations, or go-live activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP ERP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, or SAP Finance/FICO modules.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
• Experience supporting financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, or Expense Management.
• Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS/R12).
• Participation in one or more full ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Familiarity with treasury operations, cash management, or banking-related processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Concur, or similar enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Six-month W-2 contract-to-hire opportunity.
• Hourly Pay: $50–$60/hour, depending on experience.
• Full‑Time Conversion Compensation: Target base salary of $111,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus opportunity.
• Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in the greater Austin area. Occasional onsite visits to Round Rock, TX, will be required.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5pm CST with occasional flexibility for collaboration across global time zones.
• Interview Process: Initial virtual interview followed by an in‑person team interview.
