Job summary

The Addison Group is partnering with a global company in the Austin, TX area to recruit an experienced ERP Functional Analyst for a contract-to-hire engagement. This role will drive finance ERP transformation from Oracle EBS/R12 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and bridge business needs with technical solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT teams across regions, analyze complex requirements, configure ERP modules (AP, FA, expense reporting), and support testing, implementation, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP experience with major systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or SAP).
• Strong understanding of finance ERP processes (AP, FA, expense reporting).
• Experience analyzing requirements and translating into ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and IT on global ERP design, implementation, and deployment.
• Translate complex requirements into ERP configurations and enhancements.
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and ongoing system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Assist in the transition from Oracle EBS/R12 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
