Job summary

Sherman + Reilly, Inc. is seeking a SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst to join the Enterprise Application Support team in Chattanooga, TN. You will manage SAP Business ByDesign and lead the transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring reliable ERP operations and effective reporting.

Work across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations to coordinate configuration changes, vendor management, and data integrity while driving process improvements and accurate business analytics.

Qualifications

• Familiar with administering or supporting SAP Business ByDesign.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience migrating ERP platforms and coordinating go-live support.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support vendors.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with vendors.
• Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues, document business impact, and coordinate resolution with users.
• Manage SAP implementation and support vendors, including priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Lead internal migration activities to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud with testing and cutover readiness.
• Coordinate data preparation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation across ERP data.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operations decisions.
• Maintain ownership of integration landscape and vendor accountability.
• Administer user access, perform configuration, and support SOX controls.
