You will manage reconciliations, onboarding, transfers, and corporate actions with discipline and accuracy. We expect 2+ years in financial services operations, knowledge of the US equities lifecycle, and a track record of resolving data breaks across systems while following regulated procedures and collaborating with Engineering,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or brokerage support.
• Knowledge of US equities trade lifecycle: order processing, settlement, transfers.
• Experience investigating data breaks across systems and resolving issues.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment and handle exceptions.
• Familiarity with Apex Clearing, Jira, SQL, or related workflow tools.
• Uses Generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trade, position, balance, and cash reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex records, documenting breaks.
• Support customer account onboarding and maintenance workflows, including documentation reviews and exception escalation.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end from intake to submission and tracking.
• Monitor alerts and queues, prioritize issues, and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Review event notices, monitor deadlines, validate allocations, and investigate post-event discrepancies.
• Identify recurring failure modes and propose improvements to reduce manual work and improve outcomes.
