Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company founded in 2015, is seeking an equity administration specialist to manage our Carta-based program from grant approval through final transaction. You will own cap table accuracy, respond clearly to employees, and ensure compliance with evolving equity policies.

This role requires hands-on Carta experience, keen attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering an equity program in Carta.
• Understanding of stock options and employee lifecycle events.
• Ability to reconcile records with attention to detail.
• Excellent discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cap table and equity award records in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, and cancellations.
• Coordinate grant approvals, documentation, and transaction workflows with Legal, Finance, People, and payroll.
• Reconcile Carta records and resolve discrepancies with care.
