• Bachelor-level education in HR/IR, HR management or psychology.
• MBA or MSc in related field preferred.
• CEBS certification or ICMAI affiliation is a plus.
• Strong regulatory compliance and corporate governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of global equity and ESPP plans.
• Oversee SEC insider transaction reporting and regulatory compliance.
