Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of HVAC project management or estimating experience, or five years combined education and experience.
• Strong familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours if required.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a vision and strategy for the Equipment Solutions Team to deliver top customer experience.
• Coach team members to improve effectiveness and efficiency in high-volume order environments.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with national customers to build trust.
• Review plans and estimates to optimize equipment selections and configurations.
• Identify cost savings and challenges across projects.
• Support sales by preparing preliminary and final submittals as needed.
• Ensure correct equipment, pricing, and cost reconciliation to protect profitability.
• Streamline fulfillment to manage growth and meet delivery expectations.
