Trane Technologies plc is hiring an Equipment Solutions Manager for the Key Accounts Small Commercial team in a remote role. You will lead a team responsible for the full lifecycle of equipment sales, from estimating to project closeout, and act as player-coach on select projects.

You will validate equipment selections, pricing and submittals, drive strategy for budget objectives, and maintain long-term relationships with national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in HVAC project management or estimating; or 5 years of education plus experience.
• Strong familiarity with HVAC systems or temperature controls preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours; valid driver's license for 12+ months.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute a vision and strategy for the Equipment Solutions Team to deliver exceptional customer experience for key accounts.
• Coach and develop the team to handle high order volumes and meet project timelines with accuracy.
• Build long-term relationships with national customers to create value and trust.
• Oversee equipment selections (size, configuration, voltage, options) by reviewing plans and estimates.
• Validate project scope and support sales with submittals and pricing to protect profitability.
• Ensure correct equipment is prepared for order entry and costs reconciled.
