• Knowledgeable of Demand Flow Technology, order processing, and HVAC equipment.

Responsabilités

• Ensures quality standards after an order is closed for installation and warranty services.
• Oversees order validation, entry, follow-up, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinates service, building automation, project management, and resource allocations.
• Aims to achieve profit objectives and optimize processes for customer satisfaction.
• Develops team capabilities and ensures smooth handoffs from sales.
