Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent is required or a related experience pathway.
• Minimum of two years in project management, equipment, HVAC or related field; or four years of PM experience.
• HVAC systems familiarity is preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; strong communication and proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze assigned projects, set schedules and parameters for system objectives.
• Communicate with customers, building owners, contractors, and field staff.
• Investigate concerns, take corrective action, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets and forecast cost to completion; control expenses.
• Create and revise project schedules, tasks, estimates, dependencies and milestones.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchases and generate start-up work orders.
