Qualifications

• HVAC project management or estimating experience required.
• Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• HVAC knowledge preferred and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours; valid driver’s license for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a vision and strategy for the Equipment Solutions Team with a focus on customer experience for key accounts.
• Coach team members to improve effectiveness and efficiency with high order volumes and project timelines.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with national customers.
• Oversee equipment selections by reviewing plans, specs, and estimates.
• Identify potential cost savings and cost challenges on projects.
• Validate project scope and support sales with submittals.
• Ensure correct equipment, pricing, and job costs for profitability.
• Streamline fulfillment to manage year-over-year growth and meet delivery expectations.
