Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled professional to lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution, configuring and managing deployments to meet security requirements. The role emphasizes strong endpoint management and cross-team collaboration across remote teams.

You will advise customers on EPM policy alignment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and draft design/architecture documentation while staying organized and proactive in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a similar discipline.
• 2+ years in a technical role deploying Endpoint enterprise software.
• 2+ years in a technology implementation or consulting role.
• Understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security.
• Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts (OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, UAC).
• Creative problem solving in critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management.
• Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirements.
• Advise customers on how to satisfy business requirements with EPM policies.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management.
• Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships.
• Bridge communications between customer and Palo Alto Networks’ internal teams.
• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation.
