Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled professional to lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution, configuring and managing deployments to meet security requirements. The role emphasizes strong endpoint management and cross-team collaboration across remote teams.

You will advise customers on EPM policy alignment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and draft design/architecture documentation while staying organized and proactive in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a similar discipline.
• 2+ years in a technical role deploying Endpoint enterprise software.
• 2+ years in a technology implementation or consulting role.
• Understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security.
• Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts (OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, UAC).
• Creative problem solving in critical situations.

Job Summary

• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline
• 2 or more years of experience in a technical role deploying Endpoint enterprise software
• 2 or more years of experience in a technology implementation or consulting role
• An understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security
• Experience with Windows, *NIX and macOS operating systems
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedule meetings, work independently, and have strong verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts including OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC
• Be a creative problem solver with out‑of‑the‑box thinking in critical situations
• Ability to keep track of independent tasks and ensure accurate completion
• Previous experience with Palo Alto Networks’s solutions, cloud workloads and endpoint management are preferred
• MS AD knowledge is required, and AAD experience is preferred
• REST API, JavaScript and PowerShell scripting experience is preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com‑missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
