Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation Analyst to join our team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN.

Under general direction, you will apply and integrate information technology in the healthcare setting with a focus in pharmacy automation. You will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years job-related experience.
• Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in core areas of the supported application(s), able to resolve problems of moderate complexity.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.
• Identify project issues and risks and resolve or elevate as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
• Lead or actively participate in meetings.
• Provide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of the application software.
• Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve moderate problems.
• Participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
• Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
• Provide 24/7 (on-call) support when scheduled.
• Resolve or triage support calls as applicable.
• Develop and maintain test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
• Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
