Job summary

OCHIN seeks an experienced Epic Willow Learning Coach to optimize workflows and provide expert training to healthcare clinics partnering with OCHIN. You will evaluate processes, offer strategic input to member leadership, and drive improvements aligned with OCHIN’s best-practice standards.

Responsibilities include delivering interactive training sessions, coaching users, and collaborating with internal teams on learning programs. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required. 10 years of applicable experience desired.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years' Epic Willow training is required.
• Experience supporting Epic users preferred.
• Competency assessment prior to team interview to assess fit with our nine core competencies.
• This position requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Deliver interactive training sessions across multiple modalities during and after Epic go-lives.
• Provide workflow coaching and best practice recommendations to members and staff.
• Design, develop, and enhance learning programs and training content; analyze feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and workflow improvements.
• Configure Epic system components, document changes, and mentor peers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
