Job summary

OCHIN is a national remote healthcare innovator seeking a Willow Inpatient Supervisor to lead Epic analyst teams and advance patient care outcomes across our network.

You will mentor staff, manage workflows, coordinate training, and partner with Help Desk and Product teams to resolve complex integration issues while driving process improvements. Epic Willow Inpatient certification and healthcare IT experience required.

Qualifications

• Required Epic Willow Inpatient certification.
• Experience with Billing and 340B is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science, or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar or supervisory analyst role.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate Epic analyst teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage workflows, resolve complex integration issues, and track performance.
• Develop onboarding, training, and continual process improvements.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and Product teams on integrations and tickets.
• Travel to support off-site software installations as needed.
