OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Solutions Analyst to support our mission by applying deep technical expertise and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

The role focuses on resolving complex issues, optimizing processes, and aligning technical strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of build experience, Epic Willow Ambulatory certification, and strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Applications Analyst.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
• Willow Inventory certification is preferred.
• Willow Ambulatory install experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting and bringing on community connect partners.
• Healthcare IT experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement.
• Ongoing skill development in technical design and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
