Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to drive implementation, optimization, and ongoing engagement of Epic workflows and reporting tools. You will partner with account managers and members to promote adoption, coach users, and ensure regulatory readiness.

You will develop comprehensive learning programs, including guides, workshops, and videos, while measuring training impact and fostering continuous improvement in Population Health and related modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Epic Training experience in a similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning content.
• Strong change management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies to promote adoption of Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training across Epic modules.
• Create learning materials: guides, lesson plans, videos; maintain documentation.
