Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical or hospital settings, with familiarity with EHR systems (Epic/NextGen).
• Minimum of Five (5) or more years of Epic Training experience in a similar role (10+ years preferred).
• Certification or Proficiency in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central preferred.
• Experience as a Credentialed Trainer for Cadence, Prelude or Grand Central required.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire.
• 1+ years' experience in Instructional Design and LMS architecture in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement and program success for Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools.
• Deliver training across multiple Epic modules and workflows; conduct coaching virtually and onsite.
• Develop and maintain learning resources and workflow documentation.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve operational outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Promote program innovation and professional development across Population Health and Learning programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
