Tanner-Health-1 seeks a qualified Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, and maintain the Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and its workflows. The role requires collaboration with both technical and clinical staff to resolve issues and optimize patient experiences.

Preferred candidates hold Epic certifications in the area of support, with ongoing certification requirements within 90 days. Pharmacy-specific knowledge is a plus, and duties may adapt to project needs as required.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in the area of support preferred; must obtain if not current within the first 90 days.
• Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows. Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required. Willow Ambulatory Analysts must serve as a liaison between the technical and clinical staff and must escalate appropriately to resolve issues. Depending on operations, business or project needs, Willow Ambulatory Analysts may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Qualifications:

* Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in the area of support is preferred. Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially. If Epic certification(s) in the area of support has not been obtained or has lapsed, certification(s) related to the area of support must be achieved during the first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in the area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.

* Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.

* Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

* Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.

* Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.
