Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, and document system designs while coordinating with end-users to implement solutions.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and supporting Epic workflows, maintaining documentation, and guiding end-users to maximize Epic usage. This is a remote-based position with moderate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
