Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic applications in ambulatory care settings. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, and document specifications while guiding end-users and ensuring optimal system usability.

Preferred candidates hold Epic Ambulatory experience and an Associate degree (or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu). Certification progress and project collaboration are expected in a remote-based role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory preferred.
• Epic Certification within 6 months or progression toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic applications in ambulatory settings.
• Analyze system requirements, design workflows, and document technical specifications.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support; maintain documentation and training materials.
• Lead small to medium projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
