enGen is seeking an Epic analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will analyze business needs, document requirements, and design solutions while collaborating with end users to ensure effective workflows.

Required includes at least 3 years of Epic module administration and a background in healthcare. A two-year substitution for an Associate’s degree is acceptable, with a preferred Bachelor's in CS/IS/Healthcare. Position supports remote work with travel.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.
• 3 years healthcare industry experience preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate’s Degree
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Healthcare preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows and training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; resolves issues.
• Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts root cause analysis to resolve issues.
