Job summary

OCHIN is hiring a Solutions Analyst to leverage deep technical expertise in resolving complex issues, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. The role emphasizes aligning technical strategy with business goals and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational objectives.

The position focuses on developing and deploying features, troubleshooting issues, and driving documentation to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Epic certifications required across interfaces, data conversion, identity, and application domains.
Microsoft SQL Server experience required.
Willingness to obtain additional Epic certifications within the first 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality with clear usability documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system performance.
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address maintenance issues.
Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment.
Grow skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
Other duties as assigned.
