Qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/experience required.
• At least 5 years as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst; 3+ years PB module build.
• Experience with billing in New York state is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance.
• Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement.
• Grow skills in technical design and system enhancements.
