Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks an experienced Epic HB/PB Applications Analyst Supervisor to lead a remote team supporting Acute Care members across the national network. The role emphasizes project leadership, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements in a fully remote environment.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely go-lives and high-quality service delivery in a healthcare IT setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar analyst role with supervisory experience highly desirable.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Epic HB/PB Applications Analyst with at least 3 years in HB/PB build.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the PB/HB team to support Acute Care members and ensure high quality service.
• Manage tickets and escalations, maintain SLAs, and coordinate with Help Desk/Product teams.
• Lead trainings, develop workflows, and mentor less experienced analysts.
• Collaborate on go-live planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Travel may be required for on-site installations and training as needed.
