You will resolve complex issues, align technical work with business goals, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and operations. The role requires EpicCare Ambulatory and Wisdom certifications, 5+ years in Healthcare IT, and a strong track record as an Epic Applications Analyst with ambulatory build experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Healthcare IT experience is required.
• Epic EpicCare Ambulatory and Wisdom certification is required.
• Certified Epic Applications Analyst with at least 3 years of Ambulatory build experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; data-driven and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications; ensure usable documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for optimal performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance issues.
• Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
• Pursue continuous skill development in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
